WONGDOODY MAKES ‘AMERICA’S NEXT TOP MODEL’ DEBUT
LOS ANGELES – Oct. 6, 2009 – Marketing ideas agency WONGDOODY is moving from behind the camera to front and center for the Oct. 14 episode of The CW’s “America’s Next Top Model.” In the episode, the agency helps models on the show, executive produced by Tyra Banks, get some real-world experience for this season’s petite models.
WONGDOODY staff guided contestants from “America’s Next Top Model” through one of several challenges that a new model would typically experience in a day.
Representing the WONGDOODY team were agency chairman and executive creative director Tracy Wong, account director Skyler Mattson and senior copywriter Gerard Seifert. The agency provided feedback to the show’s producers, which will be used to help determine which contestants would move ahead on the “America’s Next Top Model” runway.
“This was a fun opportunity for us to work with The CW and help the show find the best new, young talent. Most people only see the glamorous side of the business. We had the chance to show some of what it is really like and give a glimpse of how many people it really takes to make a face famous,” said Wong.
